With an entrepreneurial spirit and penchant for those of the same, Whitney gravitates towards working with small businesses and sees them as an extension of family. Their success is her success, and she’s ready to put on any hat needed to get the job done.

Finding her niche in hospitality by way of PR, in 2015 at the age of 24, Whitney took a leap of faith and started The Real Agency with industry colleague Al Vallejo. She’s played an integral role in over 35 new bar/restaurant openings, most of which still thrive today. With a well rounded understanding of how digital marketing, public relations, social media and customer experience should come full circle, Whitney knows it's not coming up with the most creative idea that's the difficult part, but finding ways to work within budget and time constraints to turn a creative concept into the best strategic program.


Whitney holds a degree in Marketing with a concentration in Sales Leadership from DePaul University in Chicago.
